Cosmetic procedure total cost calculator
Calculate a cosmetic procedure's total planning cost across provider fees, aftercare, travel, recovery and time off in your own currency.
A clinic quote is not always the total budget
Add clinical fees, recovery supplies, travel, accommodation, support, follow-up and time away from work in one currency. The result is planning arithmetic based on your figures—not a price estimate or a reason to choose a provider.

Total cost calculator
Calculations stay in this browser. Nothing is sent or saved.
What the total means
The entered subtotal is the sum of the ten categories. The optional reserve is the percentage you choose, capped at 25%, applied to that subtotal. The total planning budget is subtotal plus reserve; the remaining figure subtracts any deposit already paid.
Use one currency at a time. BeautiNext deliberately does not convert currencies because live rates, bank spreads and card fees change. For an overseas comparison, convert each quote using the same rate source and date yourself, then enter every amount in the selected currency.
If the written quote is for Botox or another named botulinum toxin, first calculate that product-specific per-unit or flat session total without converting units, then enter the result here as the procedure fee.

| Cost layer | What to confirm | Common omission |
|---|---|---|
| Clinical | Provider, facility, anesthesia, tests | A separate anesthetist or facility invoice |
| Recovery | Medicines, garments, dressings, reviews | Items bought after discharge |
| Practical | Transport, accommodation, support, childcare | An extra night or required companion |
| Work | Paid leave, unpaid leave, changed duties | Longer restrictions than visible swelling |
| Follow-up | Included visits, emergency care, revisions | Care after returning home |
How to compare two providers fairly
Ask each provider for an itemized written quote and its validity period. Match the scope before comparing totals: exact procedure, treating professional, facility, anesthesia, products or implants, tests, prescriptions, scheduled reviews and the policy for complications or revisions.
A lower number may simply exclude a different set of services. Registration, appropriate qualifications, informed consent and an emergency route remain separate checks; the calculator cannot score safety or suitability.
Unexpected medical care can exceed any percentage. Confirm insurance exclusions, payment responsibility and access to follow-up directly with the relevant providers and insurer.
Planning treatment in another country
Include travel for both the procedure and any required return visit, accommodation for the advised local recovery period, a companion or carer where needed, flexible booking terms and access to records. Confirm who will review you after you return and who pays if further assessment or treatment is required.
Check practitioner, facility and product records in the place where treatment occurs. Rules and professional titles are not interchangeable across borders.

Does this calculator estimate the price of a procedure?
No. It adds only the amounts you enter. It does not use clinic prices, market averages or exchange rates.
Why include a planning reserve?
It is an optional buffer for ordinary items not yet listed. It is not a prediction of complications, revision surgery or insurance coverage.
Are my cost figures saved?
No. The calculation runs in the current browser and the figures are not uploaded or stored by BeautiNext.
This tool provides general planning arithmetic only. It is not a clinic quote, price benchmark, insurance assessment, credit advice or medical advice. Costs and responsibilities vary; verify current written terms with qualified providers and relevant organizations.
