Corrections policy
Beauty and medical information changes. We treat clear corrections as part of publishing, not as something to hide.
What we correct
We correct factual errors, source mismatches, materially misleading omissions, broken safety context and visual labels that could be interpreted as measured or predictive when they are not.
How review works
An editor checks the reported passage against the cited source and, when needed, additional authoritative evidence. Minor spelling fixes may be made silently. Material changes update the review date and should include a correction note describing what changed.
What is not a correction
A difference in personal outcome does not by itself make a general timeline inaccurate. We still review whether the page states variation clearly and whether the evidence supports the range shown.
